These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Makreate LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Makreate LLC operates the educational service known as Anaversity. References to “Anaversity,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Makreate LLC operating the Anaversity brand. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Please note that the educational services, tutoring, coaching, and live classes are provided by Anastassiya Krol and other qualified instructors on behalf of the Anaversity brand.
Anaversity is an online educational service. Services may include online educational software, live online classes, tutoring, coaching, feedback, class materials, and related learning support. The Service is available via anaversity.com.
Free-tier accounts have daily usage limits on certain features (e.g., AI chat, grammar exercises, skill labs). These limits reset at midnight UTC each day. We may adjust these limits at any time.

Anaversity uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to power features including Ani chat, grammar evaluation, writing feedback, and word article generation. AI responses may contain errors. The Service is a learning tool, not a substitute for professional language instruction or certification. Placement test results are estimates, not official CEFR certifications.
Private classes are one-on-one sessions with Ana, available through a paid intro class and ongoing class packs.
Intro Class. The intro class is a paid 30-minute session. Payment is required before the session is scheduled.
Class Packs. Class packs (8-hour and 12-hour bundles) are billed monthly. Hours must be used within the current billing cycle and do not carry over. Unused hours expire at the end of each cycle.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. You may reschedule a class at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (excluding genuine emergencies) are counted as provided and deducted from your pack. Missed classes without notice are counted as provided.
Refund Policy for Live Classes. For one-on-one or small-group live classes, you may request a full refund before the first scheduled session begins. After the first session has started, refunds are not guaranteed and may be prorated at Makreate LLC’s discretion. Missed sessions are not refundable unless cancelled by Anaversity/Makreate LLC. To reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If Anaversity cancels a session and cannot provide a reasonable replacement time, we will provide either a rescheduled session or a refund for the cancelled session.
Recording. Class sessions may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using Fathom for quality assurance and session notes. Recordings are accessible to you and Ana through your account.
Software Access. Depending on your pack, you may receive access to certain Anaversity software features during your billing cycle. Access ends when your pack expires or is cancelled.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment method may show Makreate LLC, Anaversity, or a shortened statement descriptor. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store full payment card details.
Billing entity: Makreate LLC operates the Anaversity brand and processes all payments.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for annual plans are provided on a prorated basis for the unused portion.
If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed. A grace period of 7 days is provided before account restriction.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anaversity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
