Laughter is an uncountable noun meaning the act or sound of laughing in general. It cannot be pluralized. The countable version is 'a laugh'. - laughter (uncountable): the general concept or sound — 'The room filled with laughter.' - a laugh (countable): one specific instance — 'I let out a laugh.' / 'for a laugh' (for fun) Saying 'laughters' is always wrong.
