Definition
A problem or important topic that people discuss or deal with. 'Climate change is an important issue.' Also: a single edition of a magazine: 'the latest issue of Time.' And a verb: 'The government issued a warning.' Key: 'have an issue WITH' something, not 'have issue about'.
