Meaning

Matching what is true or having no mistakes. An answer is correct if it is right. A spelling is correct if there are no errors. You can also use 'correct' to mean 'proper' — doing things the right way in a given situation.

真実と一致している、または間違いがないこと。答えが合っていれば correct です。スペルにミスがなければ correct です。また「適切な・ふさわしい」という意味でも使われ、ある状況で正しい方法で行動することを指します。
