Definition
To think something is true, or to trust that a person is honest and good. You believe a fact when you accept it as true. You believe in a person or idea when you trust and support it.
意味: 何かが真実だと思うこと、または誰かが正直で良い人だと信頼すること。事実を信じるときは 'believe a fact'(それを本当だと受け入れる)、人やアイデアを信頼・支持するときは 'believe in' を使います。
