Meaning

A fundamental principle in magnetism stating that for many paramagnetic materials, the magnetic susceptibility (how easily a material becomes magnetized in an external magnetic field) is inversely proportional to its absolute temperature. This means that as the temperature increases, the material's ability to be magnetized decreases.
